My Story
Hi, my name is Kellie Hersch. I am someone that has enjoyed woodworking my whole life. I have a Masters Degree in Art and I love Jesus! My husband Tony and I have been married for 30 years and we have 3 wonderful children. I grew up with a ruler in my hand as my father is a Master Carpenter.
I love to create things using wood!

My Process
I start with authentic reclaimed barnwood. I sand the surface to be painted. Things like nail holes and blemishes are NOT repaired as they add character to the piece. I then choose a Christian saying or Scripture Verse and hand paint it onto the wood. For some pieces, I will add a hanging method of either rope, D-ring, picture hangers or routed keyhole slot depending on the piece.
